Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards
Improve machine availability & OEE through loss analysis & corrective actions
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy
Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes
Deploy TPM and operator care on constraint machining centers
Influence reliability in new equipment design and commissioning
Implement predictive maintenance (vibration, lubrication, thermal monitoring) initiative
Coach operators and technicians on defect tagging and basic care

Maintenance background
Data analysis/ Power BI
Root cause analysis experience
Education in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
5 years for masters and 10 years working experience with Bachelor's degree
Black Belt certified
CNC machining Centers & misc. assets maintenance
Statistical & reliability data analytics, & root cause analysis
Llumin CMMS+
Microsoft O365 / Power BI
Clear and fluent English with both oral and written communications
Growth mindset, aggressive and outgoing to learn processes at Client
Ability to work independently and with a team
Work with a sense of urgency but must be balanced with priorities given to Safety & Ergonomics as well as Quality

Preferred

Black Belt certification
Project Management
