Responsibilities
Learn and follow standard procedures for maintaining industrial saws and cutting tools
Inspect saw blades and tooling for wear or defects
Maintain and repair saw blades using hand tools and machines (training provided)
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy
Help keep machines running efficiently by paying attention to detail
Work closely with teammates to support daily production needs
Take on additional tasks as you grow in the role
Qualification
Required
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
Comfortable using basic computer systems (or willing to learn)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well on a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely
Good vision, including close-up and distance vision
Preferred
Manufacturing, machining, or hands-on experience is a plus—but not required
