Responsibilities

Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to address issues or concerns

As our clients' dedicated account manager, you'll advocate for their continued success with Nextep as a partner

Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their HR needs, address concerns, and provide proactive support and guidance

Track and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, to measure the success of client relationships

You'll often be the liaison between our clients and their service teams at Nextep
