Responsibilities

Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with IT hiring managers

Represent Clevanoo LLC as a trusted staffing partner for IT contract and permanent placements

Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain job descriptions and staffing requirements

Support vendor management processes until approved vendor status is achieved

Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts

Drive revenue growth and benefit from monthly recurring commissions

Qualification

Account sales experienceVendor Management Systems (VMS)IT roles knowledgeClient relationship managementBusiness development

Required

5–10 years of account sales experience in IT staffing or related fields

Demonstrated, long-term relationships with IT hiring managers

5–10 years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones

Strong knowledge of IT roles, including: Program / Project Managers, DevOps Engineers, Front-End & Back-End Developers, Cloud Architects, Database Administrators (DBA), Data Engineers
