Senior Salesforce Developer
CoreSphere, LLC is a fast-growing Salesforce Crest Partner and ServiceNow Elite Partner established in 2003 to develop state of the art solutions for public and private sector organizations. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to serve as a key technical contributor on the CareSphere project, responsible for solution design, hands-on development, technical leadership, and ongoing support of Salesforce-based solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
Implement enterprise-scale Apex design patterns (e.g., trigger frameworks, service layers, selector patterns)
Lead and contribute to technical design decisions and solution architecture discussions
Write, test, analyze, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure code aligned with Salesforce best practices
Support release cycles by implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and optimizations across environments
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers
Leverage Salesforce declarative tools including Lightning Flows , validation rules, approval processes, case management, formula fields, and email services
Customize and optimize the Lightning Experience for both new and existing users
Ensure solutions are delivered without introducing technical debt and comply with Salesforce security and governance standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery
Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging platform capabilities and communicate relevant impacts to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Strong experience designing and building custom Lightning applications
Knowledge of Salesforce Shield capabilities, including Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Transaction Security, and Platform Encryption
Experience with Apex REST and SOAP web services, callouts, outbound messaging, and JavaScript remoting
Proven experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce development lifecycle best practices
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, and sharing rules
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II (highly preferred)
Must be a Permanent Resident or US Citizen and authorized to work in the United States; must be able to pass a federal government background check

Experience in Health Cloud
Experience with PMD and Salesforce Code Analyzer (Checkmarx/Checkmarks) for static code analysis, security scanning, and code quality enforcement
CTI integrations (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect)
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Digital Experience environments
Salesforce DevOps tools, automated deployments, and static code analysis
Salesforce administration, release management, and deployment expertise
Experience integrating third-party AppExchange applications
Mobile application development using Salesforce Mobile SDK or responsive Lightning design
Event-driven architecture experience, including Platform Events, Streaming API, and Change Data Capture (CDC)
Understanding of managed package development and AppExchange security review requirements
