New Grad, Entry LevelDewey's Pizza is excited to be hiring a Recruiter to support their growth by finding great managers and office-based roles. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, building candidate pipelines, and improving recruiting processes.

Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
Partner with regional managers and store leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently across multiple locations
Assess candidates for both job fit and cultural fit, especially for leadership roles
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Collect, review, and share recruiting and turnover data
Use data insights to support tactical recruiting improvements
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools
Qualification
Required
