Summer 2026 Management Trainee Intern - College Station
Enterprise is offering a Management Internship for university/college students, providing real-world professional experience to help them build business and leadership skills. Interns will take on challenges similar to full-time professionals, managing a fleet of vehicles, engaging with customers, and developing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Qualification
Required
Must be a Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program
Must be graduating by Fall 2026
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must have a valid driver's license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must live in College Station, Bryan or the surrounding area
