Responsibilities

New Business Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities within the target market or territory

Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social selling, networking, etc.)

Consultative Selling: Lead discovery sessions with senior executives, identify business challenges, and articulate the value and ROI of Jade Global & ServiceNow solutions

Collaborative Approach: Partner with ServiceNow and internal sales teams for joint go-to-market initiatives

Deal Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle — proposals, ROMs, SOWs, and change requests — through to closure

Forecasting: Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly booking forecasts

Marketing Support: Contribute to campaigns, webinars, and events to drive awareness and demand

CRM Management: Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce

Qualification

Required

Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

Proven track record in sales and business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

2+ years of ServiceNow sales experience -- Including Licensing and Services

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Expected Travel in the US up to 50%

Preferred

Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus

Experience in working with Partner channels for ServiceNow is a plus
