Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist
St. Croix Casinos is seeking a Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist to assist employees in addressing and resolving personal issues affecting job performance. The role involves investigating employee harassment and discrimination matters and overseeing employee violation reports to ensure proper policy adherence.

Responsibilities
Assist employees in resolving personal issues that affect job performance
Evaluate and review department and personnel files, statements, incident reports, and contact relevant Department heads to determine the most appropriate action plan and develop a follow-up plan for individual employees
Address and investigate employee allegations regarding discrimination and harassment matters by following policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up to date documentation, including logs and reports, for every contact or case
Report to the Human Resources Manager and submit individual case reports and monthly activity report as necessary
Meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings
Comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Native American preference
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of work materials and information
Must be innovative and enjoy interacting with all types of personalities
Must have basic computer skills, preferably Word and Excel
Excellent communication, decision making, diagnostic, investigative, and problem-solving skills
Should have basic knowledge of harassment and discrimination laws
Must have the ability to work independently and follow written and/or verbal instructions
Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and handle stressed or difficult employees
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position
Must adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies
Must attend all mandatory trainings
Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules
