Business Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts including brands, agencies, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, and data platforms
Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and industry events
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Develop account-based outreach strategies aligned with VentiveIQ’s data offerings
Understand prospect needs related to audience data, identity resolution, CTV, healthcare data, and intent data
Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Team
Work closely with Sales team to align outreach strategies and target accounts
Maintain accurate CRM data (Nimble)
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in BDR/SDR, Business Development, or Sales within Data, AdTech, or MarTech
Strong understanding of: Programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, Audience data, identity graphs
Proven experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
Familiarity with CRM tools (Nimble, HubSpot)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred
Experience selling or supporting data products, identity solutions
Exposure to CTV, Healthcare advertising, or Privacy-first data solutions
Experience working with agencies and enterprise brands
Ability to operate in a fast-growing startup environment
