Responsibilities

Help deliver and complete challenging and engaging buildings projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to address fire protection and life safety challenges during design and construction phases

Support the design, analysis, and implementation of fire protection systems for a variety of advanced facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards

Provide technical design of sprinkler systems, special hazards suppression systems, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, and building/life safety codes under the guidance of experienced Fire Protection Engineers

Assist with Process Safety which encompasses HAZOP, gas detection, and electrical classification studies, under the direction of Environmental, Health, and Safety Engineers

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field from an ABET or ETAC accredited program
