Define the Vision – Establish clear product direction aligned with business goals

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, or related field
5+ years in product management or related roles
Proven success leading product features or launches from concept to delivery
Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, or similar tools
Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and backlog management
Familiarity with A/B testing and user validation methods
Preferred
Product certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO, PMP, CFA)
Technical background (APIs, cloud, databases, system architecture)
Data-driven mindset with analytics experience
Spanish language skills
