Responsibilities
Drive supplier improvement using root cause and corrective actions
Support Zero Defect implementation at supplier sites
Conduct supplier qualification and QMS audits (AS9100)
Support PPAP, First Article, and source inspections
Participate in new product development and work transfers
Monitor supplier quality and delivery KPIs
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering or technical field
2–4 years in Supplier Quality / Quality Assurance (Aerospace preferred)
Strong knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, APQP/PPAP
Experience with PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Preferred
Certifications preferred: AS9100 Lead Auditor, ASQ, Six Sigma
