Responsibilities

Lead projects, conduct requirements gathering; maintain communication with stakeholders during solution development

Writes code for software programs and applications, working with classes, using inheritance and virtualization, and following best programming practices

Performs complex research and advanced analysis; find/create best solutions to stakeholder requests or problems; identify the best method or tool to develop solutions

Collaborates with and mentor peers on development and solution strategy; regular code reviews and pull requests; team partnership to identify efficient and effective scalable product solutions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience

6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area

Completion of a technical training program (e.g., LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree

Applies basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Experience with Object Oriented programming such as Python and C#

Experience with Web-based application development

Experience with Windows-based application development

Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Experience with Business Intelligence Tools, such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, SAS, SQL, or Business Objects

Experience with various databases, including MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata

Preferred

Healthcare experience a plus
