MAR JPO Program Manager Journeyman- Robins AFB

They are seeking a Program Manager Journeyman to provide expert guidance on program management best practices and support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's MAR Joint Program Office.

Responsibilities
Serve as a senior advisor and subject matter expert to the MAR JPO on program management best practices, policies, and execution strategies
Provide expert guidance across the full system life cycle, including requirements development, acquisition planning, development, test, production, fielding, and sustainment
Support Program Managers in planning, executing, and controlling cost, schedule, and performance for MAR programs
Advise on Air Force, DoD, and AFLCMC acquisition policies, processes, and milestone requirements
Assist in development and review of acquisition strategies, program baselines, and program documentation (e.g., SEP, APB, IMS, risk registers)
Identify program risks, issues, and opportunities; recommend mitigation strategies and corrective actions
Support stakeholder coordination across government, joint partners, industry, and other DoD organizations
Provide analysis and recommendations for program trade studies and decision briefs
Support execution of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process in coordination with financial and acquisition teams
Assist with contract execution oversight, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
Support preparation for program reviews, milestone decisions, audits, and senior leader briefings
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior program managers and integrated product teams (IPTs)
Ensure program activities align with PNT, NAVWAR, and M-Code modernization objectives across supported DoD weapon systems
Qualification
Required
Holds an active Secret clearance
In-depth knowledge of Multi-GNSS programs and PWS tasks
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least seven (7) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (5) of which must be in the DoD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Holds PMP or APDP Level 3 certification
