Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Celonis integrations, including ETL pipelines and data connectors using SQL, Python, and the Celonis Platform

Lead the design, development, and implementation of data models and ETL solutions to integrate functional and enterprise data into Celonis

Build process intelligence views, analyses, KPIs, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to business users and clients

Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications

Ensure reliable, secure connectivity to source systems using technologies such as JDBC and Kafka for real-time or batch data ingestion

Perform ETL operations, troubleshoot data connections, and validate large datasets for accuracy, completeness, and performance

Optimize Celonis data models, ETL pipelines, and queries for performance, scalability, and reliability

Design and implement audit and validation processes to ensure end-to-end data integrity from source systems to Celonis

Manage governance, access rights, security roles, and operational support for the Celonis production environment

Collaborate with clients, internal Celonis teams, and third-party partners to align technical delivery with business and project objectives

Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions to showcase process intelligence and automation capabilities

Establish and promote governance standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for Process Intelligence and Automation

Provide ongoing support and guidance to business and technology teams to enable continuous process improvement

Required

Minimum of 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Celonis or process mining tools

Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and Business Process Management (BPM)

Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (mandatory) and Python

Solid experience in ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and data modeling

Hands-on expertise with Celonis features, capabilities, and data model optimization

Experience working with large, complex datasets and ensuring data quality and performance

Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into meaningful business outcomes

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Celonis certifications such as Celonis Analyst or Celonis Data Engineer

Experience with real-time or streaming data technologies (e.g., Kafka)

Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise databases

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and enterprise transformation initiatives
