Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions using various media to ensure content retention
Adapt curriculum and delivery methods to meet specific business learning objectives
Identify and address performance issues, recommending improvements
Schedule courses and instructors based on assessed requirements
Manage and coordinate training requests for new hires, recalls, and transfers
Provide support for off-shift training as needed
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems
Strong instructional skills, including preparation, delivery, and student assessment
Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
Proficient in analyzing and optimizing training processes
