Responsibilities

Tracking budget, managing and facilitating all aspects of Angel City away travel, including but not limited to: player & staff communication, creating itineraries and team schedules, hotel, ground transportation in collaboration with internal staff

Manage and facilitate all aspects of Angel City home games, including but not limited to: visiting team liaison and coordination, coordinating the stretcher crew, and operational first team logistics timing and communication

Manage player onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with Player Care Manager, including booking flights in/out of market, rental cars, and internal communication with staff on logistics

Manage daily training schedule and communication via Teamworks with players and staff–the main point of contact for all things scheduling and communicating the impacts of adjustments

Manage trialist administration, communication and travel logistics in and out of market in compliance with league rules

Ensure ACFC compliance with all NWSL league guidelines, including SafeSport requirements

Lead projects as assigned by the Sr. Director of Soccer Operations or other Management staff within the ACFC organization
