Responsibilities

Own SMB customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live
Guide customers through setup, configuration, and core workflows
Manage multiple onboarding while delivering a high-touch experience
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs
Identify onboarding risks early and keep customers on track
Help improve onboarding docs, templates, and enablement materials

Required

0–3 years of experience in onboarding, CS, implementation, or support
Open to new grads with startup, leadership, or high-responsibility experience
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accountable
