Responsibilities
Design and develop cloud-based microservices integrated with Workday and Verint systems
Manage and maintain the internal cloud infrastructure to support diverse business functions
Implement and optimize hundreds of business rules to ensure system efficiency and compliance
Collaborate on the initial phase of a scalable project with potential expansion beyond Workday integration

Expert-level coding proficiency
Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks
Proven track record as a Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated technical leadership experience in end-to-end project delivery, team mentoring, and driving successful outcomes
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, including Onsite–Offshore coordination
Extensive backend development experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Apache Camel
Frontend expertise in Angular, React, JSP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
Proficient in Hibernate and JPA for ORM and data persistence
Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB) and web/application servers (Apache Tomcat)
Skilled in designing and consuming RESTful APIs using JSON
Experience deploying microservices on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and Microsoft Azure
Contributed to cost optimization initiatives, achieving measurable reductions through efficient development practices
Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
