Responsibilities
Develop scripts, storyboards, budgets, and production plans
Allocate resources, set timelines, and manage editing sessions
Build and manage production budgets
Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce multimedia content
Plan and coordinate video shoots, including location scouting and securing virtual or on site locations
Create and maintain detailed production schedules
Manage client communication, expectations, and long term relationships
Schedule, direct, and negotiate pricing with production resources and vendors
Work independently as a self starter while also contributing effectively to team based projects
Communicate clearly through strong verbal, written, and visual storytelling skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or four years of equivalent experience and training
Minimum of 5 years of professional video production experience
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast changing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Availability of working in the office, with flexibility for additional hours as needed
Valid driver's license
