$14/hr - $16/hrBlissful Budz is hiring a Fulfillment & Packaging Associate to support the accurate, compliant packaging and fulfillment of THCA hemp products in their Toledo, OH facility. This role is critical to ensuring customers receive the correct products, packaged professionally and on time.

Responsibilities
Pick, weigh, label, and package flower, pre-rolls, and related products
Prepare shipments, including boxes/mailers, inserts, seals, and shipping labels
Verify every order against invoices to ensure 100% accuracy
Maintain clean, organized packaging stations and inventory areas
Track basic inventory counts and packaging supply levels
Assist with restocking, receiving, and end-of-day resets
Identify and report issues promptly (missing items, labeling errors, damaged product, low supplies)
Follow all procedures precisely to meet compliance and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working around strong hemp/flower odors
Basic reading and math skills for counting, weighing, and invoice matching
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Packaging, warehouse, or production experience
Shipping and fulfillment experience
Inventory counting or restocking experience
