Senior Manager-Agentic Partnerships and Strategy (Digital Labs)

Responsibilities
Lead the partner evaluation and strategic alignment to prioritize partners, including AI companies, Digital Giants, and major platforms
Support the contract negotiation and onboarding of new partnerships
Drive competitive intelligence and market research initiatives to inform strategy in the rapidly evolving agentic commerce landscape
Coordinate and connect the dots across supporting enterprise workstreams, including product development, roadmap prioritization, and contractual implications
Regularly collaborate on leadership conversations and create executive-facing materials
Be a thought leader on the evolving AI landscape to identify new partnership opportunities, drive the strategic roadmap of existing partnerships, and monitor the competition
Qualification
Required
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions, colleagues at all levels, and with partners
Proven track record of strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills; experience project managing complex and multifaceted workstreams with many internal stakeholders a plus
Creative problem-solving skills and comfort operating with imperfect information
Strategic thinker with a savviness for new tech, connecting the dots, and thinking three steps ahead
Must have strong interest in AI and familiarity with key players and consumer-facing products, strong interest in partnerships, tech trends, and digital products
A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic environment and to switch gears as needed
3+ years of partnerships, business development, or strategy experience
