The Automation & CSV Engineer will support high-tech manufacturing equipment and critical computer systems in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and data integrity standards.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain equipment controlled by PLC and SCADA systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred)
Author and execute CSV deliverables including validation plans, risk assessments, and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
Manage change control for automation and software systems in compliance with GAMP and site SOPs
Support building automation and environmental management systems while ensuring system reliability
Provide technical leadership, clear shift handovers, and mentor peers on troubleshooting best practices

Required

Minimum 3–5 years of automation validation and CSV experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong PLC/HMI experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and familiarity with SCADA systems
Full CSV lifecycle knowledge including risk-based validation and change control
Ability to interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment

Preferred

Experience with MES (Electronic Batch Records) and QMS systems is a plus
