Dir. Business Analytics
L'Oréal, the world's #1 beauty company, is seeking a Director of Business Analytics to support Retail Sales reporting and analysis. This role involves overseeing commercial performance reporting, compiling corporate management reports, and acting as a liaison for data and information across various teams.

Responsibilities
Oversee Commercial Performance retail reporting responsibilities including retail performance, Mix of Business, and Key Pillar reporting, sell thru reporting. Report weekly and Monthly analytics (comparison to prior year & weekly plans) with insights for the purpose of identifying trends & patterns by retailer and across the Business Units
Compilation of MRM//IMM high level meeting Retail Reporting and Insights in conjunction with the AVP Commercial Performance and Analytics
Act as point person on key ad Hoc team wide projects for the wider Commercial Performance and Analytics team
Plays leadership role in data and Information liaison between CGO, Finance, Luxe Analytics Insights L’Oreal Luxe Divisional reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7-10 years in Analysis or like job field experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, or a related strategic field, with a demonstrated history of delivering high-impact insights in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial Ownership: A self-starter. The ability to take the initiative to identify opportunities and risks without needing extensive oversight
Agile Problem Solving: A 'test-and-learn' approach and you can rapidly iterate on solutions. You are comfortable with ambiguity and possess resilience to pivot strategies as business priorities evolve
Intellectual Curiosity: Curious mindset that looks beyond the 'what' to discover the 'why.'
Executive Presence & Analytical Storytelling: Good communication skills with a specific focus on 'telling the story' behind the numbers. You can translate complex data sets into clear, persuasive narratives for executive leadership
Established ability to cross functionally collaborate
High Level expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
