Responsibilities
Own execution of day-to-day deliverables and ensure timely, accurate completion of operational tasks
Identify and resolve complex operational issues, provide regional escalation support, and recommend global solutions
Enhance workflows for fund initiatives, regulatory changes, and reporting requirements
Partner with EIG and other Fund Ecosystem teams to deliver actionable insights and value-added solutions
Maintain robust controls, contingency plans, and compliance with operational standards
Support new product launches, create impact analyses, and contribute to strategic initiatives
Coach less experienced team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, trade support, or financial services
Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across global teams
Conceptual understanding of securities lending and investment operations; willingness to deepen investment acumen
