ScaleneWorks INC is seeking an Oracle OFSAA Consultant to work on various Oracle ECM and KYC product development projects. The role involves customizing and developing workflows, enhancing scenarios, and building custom UI components while ensuring integration with downstream systems.

Develop and modify ECM workflows
Build custom UI components
Perform product customizations using Oracle assembly framework
Integrate ECM workflows with downstream systems
Replace work traditionally done by Oracle Consulting (professional services)
Build and customize transaction monitoring scenarios
Enhance existing scenarios
Perform threshold tuning
Support risk detection logic
Develop and customize KYC risk models
Work on KYC scoring, calculations, and workflows
Understand KYC data end-to-end across the platform

Required

Strong hands-on Oracle FCCM ECM customization experience
Must have implemented changes, not just supported environments
Develop and modify ECM workflows
Build custom UI components
Perform product customizations using Oracle assembly framework
Integrate ECM workflows with downstream systems
Replace work traditionally done by Oracle Consulting (professional services)
Oracle FCCM ECM module
Advanced PL/SQL
Strong understanding of FCCM data model
Experience with end-to-end product customization
Scenario developer, not monitoring/support staff
Deep understanding of behavior detection logic
Build and customize transaction monitoring scenarios
Enhance existing scenarios
Perform threshold tuning
Support risk detection logic
Oracle FCCM Mantas / TM
Custom scenario development experience
Strong knowledge of FCCM data model
PL/SQL
Hands-on KYC product developer, not functional analyst
Must have built or customized KYC models
Develop and customize KYC risk models
Work on KYC scoring, calculations, and workflows
Understand KYC data end-to-end across the platform
Oracle FCCM KYC module
PL/SQL
Strong knowledge of KYC data models
Experience creating or enhancing KYC models

Preferred

Prior Oracle Consulting / product-implementation background
Exposure to AML domain
Experience with regulatory tuning (Canada scenarios mentioned)
AML domain breadth beyond KYC
Prior product-engineering roles
