Responsibilities
Lead testing and quality efforts for one or more product areas
Define and execute pragmatic test and regression strategies
Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and resolve pipeline failures
Identify quality risks early and act quickly to unblock releases
Mentor and guide QA team members in testing and automation best practices
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on scope and release readiness
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation
Proven experience leading and mentoring QA or cross-functional team members
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, or similar tools
Proficiency in Python or Java
Solid understanding of Agile testing practices
Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
