Responsibilities
Maintain and update transportation data in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Monitor and resolve transportation system exceptions
Plan and schedule shipments with shipping locations and contracted carriers
Track carrier performance and on-time delivery metrics
Identify root causes of service issues and support corrective actions
Run and review Tableau reports to support weekly performance reviews
Provide day-to-day operational support for transportation and logistics activities
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of logistics or transportation experience (minimum of 1 year required)
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-moving, operations-focused environment
High school diploma required. A college degree is not required if equivalent work experience is met
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Exposure to Tableau or Power BI
Experience creating presentations or summaries in PowerPoint
