Responsibilities
Design, plan, and implement complex IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations
Configure and manage Hyper-V, Nutanix, and ESXi environments including:
Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)
Azure Stack HCI, SCCM VMM
Hyper-V with Replicas, Windows Clustering
Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
PowerShell scripting and automation
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange (2013-2019)
Implement MS LAPS, privileged access management, EPM, DLP, encryption, and MDM security solutions
Oversee network protocols and IT security best practices to protect data and infrastructure
Administer M365 Intune and security-related products for enterprise environments
Support SAN storage solutions and ensure optimal performance
Work with Linux-based systems to support hybrid IT environments (a plus)
Utilize ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management (preferred)
Provide technical leadership to IT teams and support enterprise-wide IT initiatives
Prioritize and resolve system issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Assist in hardware setup, including lifting and carrying IT equipment (up to 40 lbs)
Qualification
Required
2 -4 years of experience in a server/system support role
Advanced knowledge of Server OS, privilege/access control, and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, HCI storage)
Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and encryption technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange (2013-2019) and M365 Intune
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues efficiently
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to fast-changing IT environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
Assist in hardware setup, including lifting and carrying IT equipment (up to 40 lbs)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Utilize ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management
MCSE certification
Experience with SAN storage solutions and Linux-based environments
