Responsibilities

Manage the Schedule with Precision: Greet and check in patients, fill open appointment slots, handle scheduling challenges with professionalism, and ensure a productive daily flow

Deliver Outstanding Patient Service: Welcome new patients, answer calls with care, and follow up on missed or emergency appointments

Coordinate Daily Operations: Prepare morning meeting reports, facilitate staff huddles, and communicate with clinical and financial teams to ensure seamless patient care

Support Administrative Tasks: Process payments, send records, manage mail, maintain organized files, and keep the reception area clean and inviting

Maintain Scheduling Systems: Monitor appointment confirmations, update patient statuses, and manage recall and retention systems to keep patients engaged and on track

Handle Special Communications: Respond to inquiries from referral dentists, second-opinion callers, and new patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth

Keep the Office Stocked & Organized: Order supplies, maintain the coffee and drink bar, and ensure the front desk is fully equipped for daily operations

Be a Team Player: Participate in staff meetings, take notes, assist with miscellaneous tasks, and foster a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation across the team
