Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of habitability matters from intake through resolution
Conduct client interviews, investigations, discovery, depositions, and negotiations
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with increasing autonomy
Appear in court for hearings and procedural matters
Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-value cases
Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with clients
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to build strong case strategies
Qualification
Required
Active and good-standing California State Bar license
1+ year of civil litigation experience
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage deadlines and independently handle case responsibilities
Comfortable learning new systems and litigation workflows
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, growth-driven attitude
Preferred
Background in personal injury, employment, landlord-tenant, or related litigation preferred
