Responsibilities
Prepare and execute RF test methods, procedures, and specifications
Analyze and test RF/microwave hardware to verify performance characteristics
Provide technical input to Product Development for formal documentation
Support manufacturing, assembly, and test phases of deliverable hardware
Troubleshoot complex designs and resolve integration issues
Work independently to identify and resolve technical challenges
Collaborate with quality engineers, manufacturing engineers, technicians, and support teams
Contribute innovative and effective solutions to complex engineering problems
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance (required at submittal)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or related STEM discipline
3+ years of relevant professional engineering experience
Strong experience in RF/microwave troubleshooting and integration
Hands-on experience using microwave test equipment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
