Responsibilities

Act as dedicated Scrum Master for multiple mobile product teams
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Partner with Product Owners and Engineering leaders on backlog readiness and sprint execution
Track delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement
Remove impediments and reinforce Scrum roles, events, and practices

Qualification

Required

5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting software teams
Hands-on experience delivering mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles
Strong facilitation, communication, and servant-leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred

Preferred

Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
Retail, e-commerce, or consumer product experience
