Senior LevelOdyssey Information Services is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support high-visibility initiatives within Upbound Group’s IT organization. The role involves managing project delivery from planning through execution while adhering to enterprise PMO standards and governance.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones, and deliverables
Actively manage risks, issues, and change control
Drive execution and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
Operate in alignment with enterprise PMO standards and governance
Qualification
Required
Strong Project Management experience (Program Management backgrounds are not a fit)
Experience working in a formal PMO within a medium to large enterprise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment
Preferred
Experience with Clarity or other PPM tools preferred
Strong Jira experience preferred
PMP and/or Scrum certification strongly preferred
