Responsibilities

Extract and prepare DNA/RNA from diverse sample types
Prepare DNA, RNA, and ATAC-seq libraries (bulk and/or single-cell)
Perform QC on samples and libraries, including qPCR
Operate Illumina and other NGS platforms
Troubleshoot library prep and sequencing workflows under supervision
Maintain accurate records in ELN/LIMS
Present results in team and cross-functional meetings

Qualification

Required

Master's degree, or
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or
Associate degree with 4+ years experience, or
High school diploma with 5+ years experience

Preferred

Degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, bioengineering, or related field
2+ years hands-on NGS experience
Strong experience with DNA/RNA extraction and library preparation
Familiarity with ELN/LIMS (e.g., Benchling)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
