Responsibilities

Manage warehouse activities including ensuring assets are stored in designated bin locations and maintaining asset data in inventory management system
Partner with third-party vendors to manage weekly move activities and collaborate with stakeholders on asset disposal programs
Conduct periodic aesthetic inspections in warehouse space and coordinate delivery/removal of lab equipment and moveable assets with client stakeholders
Perform periodic inventory control cycle counts for moveable assets and monthly emergency supplies inventory counts
Execute cataloging and tagging processes for moveable residential, office, and lab assets managed in space management systems
Work closely with Facilities support team to coordinate storage and removal of items and moveable assets
Represent Facilities team for recurring client events and logistics coordination

Required

High school diploma or equivalent education
3-5 years of warehouse experience with demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations
Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working with various systems and software
Ability to work independently while prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments
Strong communication skills with ability to foster relationships and engage leadership
Self-motivated with desire to grow and excel in a high-performing organization

Preferred

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), specifically Corrigo platform
Background in pharmaceutical environments and related compliance requirements
Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships
Familiarity with asset disposal processes and compliance procedures
Background in materials management or MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) support
