Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
Provide strategic legal advice to clients with empathy and clarity
Conduct legal research to support case strategy
Manage caseload efficiently while delivering exceptional client service
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure thorough case preparation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Washington
Minimum 3 years of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce cases
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
