Drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team that embraces the company brand and cultivates revenue
Educate the local market to drive national initiatives and grow local business through in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation
Lead, recruit, and work closely with branch employees to ensure effective team building and mentoring
Coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships that lead to business opportunities
Manage branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back office processing, and quality assurance processes

Required

at least five years in financial sales role
