Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including field staff, and the client to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates
Builder’s mindset and proficiency in Critical Path Methodology
Coordinate short-interval planning, and look-ahead schedules for critical activities
Identify trends, constraints and opportunities for schedule acceleration
Develop Work Breakdown Structures and work with project staff to facilitate development of the project schedule
Evaluate the performance of the project by analyzing schedule variances
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly documents including updates, critical path reports, near term schedules, narratives, etc
Utilize Primavera P6 and or MS Project scheduling software to update and document schedule performance
Monitor and status schedule progress
Analyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc
Interface with Subcontractors to ensure timely completion
Participate in and create training for various stakeholders inside and outside the company
Qualification
Required
Relevant Bachelor's degree (preferred Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, etc.) or equivalent years of experience in Scheduling
Primavera P6 & MS Project scheduling experience
Understanding of industry and construction field practices
Good organization and communication skill
Preferred
0-3 years of commercial construction scheduling experience preferred in Data Center, Life Sciences & Manufacturing
