Responsibilities
Identify all potential local apps config that are not present in the built app package vs inventory (Users must be present on site with their Laptop)
Prepare labels for all PC (PC name and barcode)
Re-image on site existing Dell Laptops and Desktops – •Dedicated room at each site will be provided including Network (WiFi) connectivity. •
Devices 4 years or less will be re-imaged
Reboot PC with a W11 ISO image (on USB stick)
Connect PC on network site
Roquette autopilot install the software complement
Control if W11 updates are installed
Check and test the PC until first connection of assigned user
Label the PC with its Roquette name
Install local applications on PC if needed (binaries provided)
Distribute PC to users according to the pre assignment table
Help user in case of question or issue
Preparation of new HP Laptops and Desktops - •Dedicated room at each site will be provided including Network (WiFi) connectivity. •
Devices 4 years and older will be replaced by a new HP device
New device hash-ID have been inserted in Roquette Intune
Unpack the PC
Connect it to the network on site connection
Lauch the process of autopilot
Control if W11 updates are installed
Check and test the PC until first connection of assigned user
Label the PC with its Roquette name
Install local applications on PC if needed (binaries provided)
Distribute PC to users according to the pre-assignment table
Help user in case of question or issue
Check in Roquette Intune if the PC is correctly configured
Update the cutover file to follow all PC movement
Qualification
Required
Experience with device migration, replacement, and re-imaging
Ability to set up laptops, desktops, and Lab PCs
Familiarity with Windows 11 installation and updates
Experience with network connectivity and troubleshooting
Ability to prepare labels for PCs
Experience with local application installation
Ability to assist users with questions or issues
Ability to work on-site during specified hours (8 AM to 6 PM)
Ability to follow project standards and guidelines
Ability to work in a team environment
