Responsibilities
Help translate market needs, customer requests and strategic goals into clearly defined product vision and functional requirements
Manage the priorities of one or more on-shore or off-shore engineering teams to implement the roadmap
Collaborate with other parts of the business (UX design, documentation & training, services, solution consulting, other product managers) to build a robust support ecosystem around the product and new features
Work with Sales and Marketing organization to ensure the business value of new product features are demonstrable with minimal configuration. Ensure teams have a deep understanding of new features, key differentiators
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years experience in marketing operations or software engineering with some exposure to project management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, and cross-functional environment
Experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and an overall 'can-do' attitude
Preferred
Some exposure to Product Management
Basic understanding of software design
Technically curious and able to learn how the Customer Decision Hub and the Pega platform works
Motivated to learn about new technology and willing to ask for help when needed
