Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships across all client levels, connecting internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration

Serve as the face of Siemens Energy for Grid Technologies — positioning us as a technical expert, influencing decisions, and deeply understanding customer strategies and buying behaviors

Lead business development efforts across the Grid Technologies Equipment and Services portfolio

Align cross-functional teams around customer-centric goals, ensuring mutual success for Siemens Energy and its clients

Champion the customer perspective internally, shaping winning strategies and resolving implementation challenges

Communicate key developments, successes, and challenges to leadership, helping shape portfolio offerings to meet evolving market needs

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or relevant field

5 or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa

Proven leadership experience and a track record of effective information sharing

Familiarity with financial targets and Salesforce.com; industry experience a plus

Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast-changing environments
