Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost
Collect and interpret data related to workflow, material handling, and equipment utilization
Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects
Create and update process documentation, time studies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of improvement initiatives

Required

Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and process mapping
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with CAD or simulation software is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
