Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-range planning
Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results
Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to functional stakeholders and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification
Experience working in a usage-based, SaaS, or technology-driven company
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
