Responsibilities
Lead a team that conceptualizes, builds and optimizes our portfolio of AI services
Maintain deep relationships with key customers to understand how they plan to transform their business with AI, and how Oracle can deliver meaningful value
Work closely with Development to ensure our services meet customer needs at industry-leading value
Plan service announcements and coordinate beta testing
Provide hands-on training for Customer Support and Technical Sales personnel, as well as for key customers
Develop collateral such as technical and business white papers, success stories, data sheets, brochures, best practices and presentations
Work with Corporate and Field Marketing to clearly communicate the value of our services
Present at Oracle user group meetings, trade shows, customer sites, industry conferences, industry analyst meetings and at the Oracle Customer Visit Center
Qualification
Required
BS / MS in a technical field such as Computer Science, or MBA with technical industry experience
8+ years of product management experience
4+ years people management experience
Excellent written and communication / presentation skills
Experience owning the customer and financial success of a product or product portfolio
Analytical skills, with a passion to solve complex technology and business problems and an aptitude to learn new things
Ability to dig into the weeds as needed while at the same time able to rise up above the weeds, always keeping in mind the bigger picture
Experience dealing with a broad spectrum of IT audience – ranging from CTO/CIO to database/systems/network/storage administrators
Excellent teamwork, leadership and people management skills
A can-do attitude, with a focus on deliverables and deadlines
Preferred
Expertise in data management or database technologies is a big plus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
