Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30 requisitions at a time, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top-quality talent
Focus on recruiting for corporate accounting and finance positions
Maintain compliance with company policies and best practices throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, specifically for accounting and finance roles
Strong sourcing skills and ability to juggle multiple requisitions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A consultative approach when working with both candidates and internal managers
