Responsibilities
The Product Architect will lead the development and maintenance of technical product roadmaps and architecture aligned with business strategies and enterprise architecture
Mentor and collaborate with technical subject matter experts and enterprise architecture peers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Rapidly prototype ideas through disposable Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and inform solution design
Produce architecture documentation, logical flows, and models to maintain team alignment on platform architecture
Design systems with a focus on both functional and non-functional qualities, including availability, resiliency, security, privacy, and observability
Promote platform thinking and encourage reuse of capabilities and components across the organization
As a Product Architect, you will analyze technology trends and assess their potential impact on the enterprise in collaboration with enterprise architecture
Provide mentorship in software development and architectural principles, patterns, and best practices
Act as a technical and business-savvy advisor to software engineering teams on a variety of design challenges
Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring end-user needs are prioritized in all solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
3-5 years of experience in systems architecture
Proven experience in delivering, building, and integrating custom-built applications
Full-stack knowledge of modern hybrid infrastructure, data, and application platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration skills to drive execution of new technology strategies and patterns
