Responsibilities

Support critical project delivery activities with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover execution

Partner closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and consulting firms to ensure testing readiness and smooth deployments

Coordinate across multiple teams to manage schedules, dependencies, and updates efficiently

Track defects, issues, and resolutions, working with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers

Assist in supporting cutover planning, including timelines, dependencies, and rollback strategies

Required

Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder sign-off

Strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and updates

Experience tracking defects, issues, and resolutions and working with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers

Ability to partner with vendors/consultants (e.g., Deloitte) and internal IT teams to drive project milestones

Experience supporting cutover planning and execution, including timelines, dependencies, and rollback strategies
