Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination and resolution of engineering requests for project-based personnel

Manage the procurement of materials specific to trade requirements in line with project timelines

Secure and maintain all necessary permits for assigned tasks throughout the project’s duration

Ensure effective collaboration with team members to achieve desired outcomes

Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party engineers and owners

Oversee the creation, compilation, and management of reports and technical documentation

Maintain comprehensive records and control over project documents

Support superintendents through daily timekeeping and reporting of staff, equipment, and material usage

Aid in developing project execution plans, monitoring schedules, and performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with project standards

Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed work to uphold quality assurance

Champion safety by leading by example, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety practices and standards

Conduct job hazard analyses before project commencement and advocate for continuous safe behavior among the crew

Manage environmental compliance by ensuring the proper training and certification of field staff

Develop trade-specific training materials and execute inspection and testing plans

Strengthen third-party relationships through professional communication and meeting client expectations

Set a positive example in both safety and quality for team members and subcontractors

Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or another related field

Minimum of 4 years work experience (2 years work experience is equivalent to 1 year of education)

Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Demonstrated ability in supporting projects: development, planning, installation, and execution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel full-time

Fluent in written and spoken English

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
